Robert Munsch is one of North America’s favourite storytellers and a phenomenon in children’s publishing. He is the author of more than forty picture books, including Love You Forever, Paperbag Princess, Mortimer, We Share Everything, Zoom! and most recently, Smelly Socks. His books have been translated into over a dozen languages and produced on cassette, video, CD ROM, television and stage.

The children’s classic Love You Forever has sold over 20 million copies worldwide and is in its 65^th printing edition. In July 1999 Robert Munsch was honoured with the Order of Canada.

When he’s not writing, Robert spends much of his time travelling across the country performing and telling his marvellous stories for children. These storytelling concerts are full of energy, laughter and lots of audience participation. About storytelling, Robert has said, "I'm like a stand up comic, reacting to the audience."
